The Friends of the Community Libraries are holding their annual "Book and Author Luncheon" Tuesday, May 29th, at Fox Hills Country Club.
The speaker is Kevin Boyle who wrote this year's selection for the great Michigan read, Arc of Justice: A Saga of Race, Civil Rights, and Murder in the Jazz Age. It is set in Detroit and was a finalist for both the pulitzer prize and the National Book Critics Award.
Tickets are $25 and are available April 15th- May 15th.
